About me:
I grew up in San Diego and decided to head to upstate New York for my
undergrad. While there I began
climbing, a hobby I still enjoy here in Santa Barbara.
I joined the Sherwin group during my first year at UCSB. My research interests are in nanostructures,
particularly quantum dots. I am
currently investigating quantum dots with THz properties. I participate in triathlon, as well as
climbing and surfing whenever I get the chance.
